Movium sells and prepares a general-purpose Android media box. As part of that preparation, independent third-party applications may be installed or available on the device. Movium does not provide copyrighted media files, own or operate those applications or services, control their media libraries, or guarantee their continued availability. Customers are responsible for lawful use and for following each provider's terms. We are not liable for apps, services, or content a customer chooses to access, or for consequences involving independent third-party platforms.

General Conditions
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, misuse of the device, or abusive behavior. Product information may be updated or corrected at any time, and we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or specifications are free from error.

Pricing and Payments
Prices for our products may change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or delays caused by payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed. Optional Shipping Protection costs $14.99 per Movium box and covers carrier loss and damage while the shipment is in transit. If a protected box is lost in carrier transit or arrives damaged, Movium will send one replacement Movium box at no additional product or replacement-shipping charge. Protection does not cover shipments marked delivered, theft after delivery, disappearance after confirmed delivery, or product defects unrelated to transit.

Returns and Refunds

Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for damages or issues caused by improper use of the device, incorrect installation, modification of the device, installation of unofficial apps or software, or accessing copyrighted or restricted content. We are not responsible for loss of data, loss of personal information, or the behavior of third-party apps or services. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.

User Responsibility
By purchasing or using our product, you agree to follow all applicable laws and understand that you are solely responsible for the applications and services you choose to use or install and the content you choose to watch. The device is sold strictly as a general-purpose Android media box, and we do not control or monitor how you use it after purchase.
