Is Movium difficult to set up?
No. Connect power and HDMI, pair the included Bluetooth remote and connect Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Your entertainment setup is already installed and organized.
Are there monthly Movium fees?
No. Movium One is a one-time hardware purchase. You do not enter payment information into the box to begin using the prepared setup.
Do I need a Smart TV?
No. You need a television with an available HDMI port and an internet connection.
Do I need to install the applications?
No. The main entertainment interfaces are installed and placed on the home screen before delivery.
What internet connection should I use?
You can use Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Ethernet is generally the most stable choice. For Wi-Fi, a strong signal near the TV gives the best experience.
What if I need help after delivery?
Scan the QR code included with your package to open the visual quick-start guide. If you need help connecting the box, pairing the remote, or getting online, human support is available through WhatsApp after delivery.
How fast is shipping?
Orders typically leave the same or next business day. Most deliveries arrive in approximately 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Can I record?
Yes. You can record directly inside compatible viewing applications, or install a separate recording application. Recording options and storage requirements can vary by application.
What is the return policy?
Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and the complete product must be returned in resalable condition.

Movium sells and prepares the Movium One hardware. Independent applications and services may be available on the device, but Movium does not own, operate, sponsor, endorse or control those services or their media libraries.
Your purchase includes the device, accessories, preparation, quick-start guide and stated support. It does not grant ownership rights to third-party applications, services or content.
Movium does not host, upload, store, stream, license, authorize or distribute third-party media.
